Managerial Issues

• To request repairs or services (such as deliveries or moves),  or post a notice on the bulletin board (such as a parking space) or find governing documents, visit BuildingLink.

• To pay condo or other fees or access some governing documents use the EJF Portal, powered by Vantaca. View this short video of what's available on this portal, and how to make your payments.

Management Staff Hours

Building Management:  Typically Mon.-Fri., 8:00/9:00 a.m.-3:00/4:00 p.m.

Maintenance: Mon.-Fri., 11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. 

Cleaning Staff: Mon.-Fri., 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

Lobby Staff:  Hours change periodically.  Currently they are 4:00-9:00 p.m., all days of the week.
