Residents
We range in age from newborn to 80-something, as well as in interests, careers, nationalities, and backgrounds.
Some residents have chosen to share information about themselves on Building Link in the NeighborNet section. You can find photos, and emails of those who chose to share them there.
Visit BuildingLink here to learn about your neighbors or to add or update your information.
Board members volunteer their time. (Thank you board members, past and present!)
Owners can attend monthly meetings, typically on the last Thursday of the month, by watching for an email. The board session is followed by a public forum.
Ever wonder what the role of the lobby attendants is (and isn’t)?
They are there to:
Watch the front door and help be sure that everyone uses the phone to gain access to the building—including friends, food deliveries, and repair people.
Process packages and be sure they end up in your hands.
Document and report building emergencies.
They are NOT allowed to:
Do any other errands for residents
Manage repairs to your unit or the building itself.
Engage in long conversations with residents.
Therefore, please practice etiquette and safety:
Please be courteous to our excellent lobby staff. A hello, please, and thank you are appreciated.
Please do not ask for favors beyond what’s listed above.
Never let someone follow you into the building. Ask them to use the call box. Or, you can use the side entrance to avoid the awkwardness of confronting people who try to follow you into the building.
Limit your conversations with lobby staff, so they can focus on their jobs.
