Pool and Grilling
All persons using the pool do so at their sole risk and responsibility and agree to abide by the Regulations for use of the facility. There is no lifeguard on duty. The Association assumes no liability for loss or damage of personal property or injury.
Below is an excerpt of the rules for use of the pool. Refer to the full list of Rules and Regulations for further guidance on pool rules and use.
Appropriate attire is required.
No food, alcohol or other intoxicants are allowed in the pool area.
No glass is allowed in the pool area. All beverages MUST be in plastic or paper.
Behavior such as running. pushing, dunking, rough play, yelling or profane language is not allowed.
Noise must be kept to a reasonable level. Earphones MUST be used with all sound devices, including cell phones.
No pets are allowed in the pool area.
Only two guests are allowed per unit.
Children below the ages of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible person aged 16 or older at all times. Parents and guardians are responsible for the behavior of children. Infants must wear rubber pants that will not permit human waste into the pool.
Owners are responsible for any damages or injuries regarding the use of the pool by themselves, their tenants and guests including children.
Management reserves the right to suspend pool services to residents who violate these regulations.
To ensure that the grill remains safe and in working order:
Please sign up in Building Link to reserve a time for grilling.
Please clean the grill after you are finished, using the wire brush and cleaning items by the grill.

8:00 - 9:00 pm daily, as weather permits.
